All conference meals and special events are included in registration fee.
Guest tickets are available for purchase to all conference meals.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Conference: 
Cancellation on or before 10/10/2016 will receive full refund minus a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations after this date receive no refund.

Preconference Workshops:
Cancellation on or before 10/10/2016 will receive full refund minus a $10 program development fee. Cancellations after this date receive no refund.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected], or mail to PO Box 33808, Seattle, WA 98133.
All fees, including administrative fee, will be refunded if the Preconference is cancelled by WLA at any time.
