Cancellation Policy
Written requests for conference or event refunds must be received 30 days prior to the start of the conference or event and should be sent to the WLA Office at [email protected]. No refunds will be made following that date and outstanding invoices must be paid in full. Cancellations will be assessed a $25 fee.
Late Fees
Beginning July 11, 2025, late fees will be assessed for conference and event invoices that are 90 days or more overdue. Overdue invoices will be assessed a one-time late fee of $25 for in-person registration or $10 for virtual registration. These late fees will be applied to any overdue invoices from January 2022 onward.
