CANCELLATION POLICY:
By selecting 'Invoice Me' after completing your registration, you are bound by WLA’s cancellation terms and agree to pay the amount of the invoice. You are expected to pay this invoice unless cancellation is made on or before October 1, 2017.
Full and One-Day Conference:
Cancellation on or before October 1, 2017, will receive full refund minus a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations after this date receive no refund.
Preconference Half-Day Workshop:
Cancellation on or before October 1, 2017, will receive full refund minus a $10 program development fee. Cancellations after this date receive no refund.
Preconference Full-Day Workshop:
Cancellation on or before October 1, 2017, will receive full refund minus a $20 program development fee. Cancellations after this date receive no refund.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] or by mail to PO Box 33808, Seattle, WA 98133.
All fees, including the administrative fee, will be refunded if the Preconference is cancelled by WLA at any time.
